Family Time Program Supervisor
Our Family Time Program provides services to families who have experienced a child being removed from their home. You’ll supervise our staff who provide therapeutic supervision, standard supervision, and in the moment parent coaching to develop new skills to create a safe environment for their child to return home to. Our Family Time Program Supervisor provides leadership and support through one-on-one and group supervision, the hiring and training new staff, and ongoing management of staff productivity, contract adherence, and assisting staff in providing creative and superior trauma-informed services. You’ll work as part of a team of supervisors who each oversee a group of staff, while working together to directly influence the development of our programs and support the Department of Human Services in providing high quality programming to our community. This role is under the direct supervision of the Director of Family Time Services and has office locations based in Golden and Denver with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule.

  • $55,000 - $58,000 salary

Do the Following Apply to You?   
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (Social work, Counseling, etc.) 
  • Supervisory experience preferred 
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and current auto insurance 
  • Ability to pass fingerprint and background checks
